A driver can't scan a shipment for handover

Problem

The driver is trying to scan a shipment with his camera, but can’t get it to successfully handover to him/her.

Solution

  1. Please ask the driver to use the manual input and see if that works (sometimes the barcode is printed in poor quality)

  2. Search for the shipment in the CSP and check if it actually belongs to the driver

  3. Check the status of the shipment in the CSP. It should read “gesorteerd (regionaal depot)” as latest state

  4. Check if there is a double state in the state list

  5. If non of the above work you can call 085 016 10 93 until 17:00. After 17:00 please file a ticket in the bug system by clicking here.
