A driver can't handover a shipment

Problem

When a driver tries to handover a shipment it says “not part of your tour” or it just gives an error message.

Solution

  1. If it happens on scanning a barcode with the camera, please check this article

  2. If it happens on typing in a barcode manually, please check this article

  3. If its non of the above? Ask the driver to visit ismyinternetworking.com. They should see “Yes! Your internet is working!” if not let them check their connection

  4. If it's not the internet, check if there are more than 3 drivers with the same problem. If not file a ticket here.

  5. If there are more than 3 drivers with this issue please call 085 016 10 93 and press 0
