A driver can't handover a shipment
Problem
When a driver tries to handover a shipment it says “not part of your tour” or it just gives an error message.
Solution
If it happens on scanning a barcode with the camera, please check this article
If it happens on typing in a barcode manually, please check this article
If its non of the above? Ask the driver to visit ismyinternetworking.com. They should see “Yes! Your internet is working!” if not let them check their connection
If it's not the internet, check if there are more than 3 drivers with the same problem. If not file a ticket here.
