Problem
The driver has troubles login in to the driver application
Solution
If the problem is that the driver does not receive a pincode, please check this page
If not start with asking the driver to visit ismyinternetworking.com on his/her phone and let them tell you what they see. They should see “YES! Your internet is working!”
If there are less than 3 drivers who have an issue, please file a bug ticket here and we will get to it as soon as possible.
