Problem

The driver has troubles login in to the driver application

Solution

  1. If the problem is that the driver does not receive a pincode, please check this page

  2. If not start with asking the driver to visit ismyinternetworking.com on his/her phone and let them tell you what they see. They should see “YES! Your internet is working!”

  3. If there are less than 3 drivers who have an issue, please file a bug ticket here and we will get to it as soon as possible.

  4. If it’s more than 3 drivers, something might be going wrong with the system. Please call 085 016 10 93 and press a 0
