Basic usage Shipping Portal

The following basic operations are described:

  1. printing shipping labels

  2. checking the status for a shipment

  3. searching for a shipment

  4. cancelling a shipment

1. printing shipping labels

  1. After logging in to the Shipping Portal, you will see the All Shipments page, wherein the list of shipments that were created from your shop is shown.

  2.  

    1. To print a label for the shipment, check the checkbox from the Action column then hit Print Selected Labels button.

    2. Likewise, to cancel a shipment check the checkbox from the Action column then hit Cancel Selected Shipments button.

2. Checking the status of a shipment

You can click on the Status label of the shipment and it will redirect you to the Track and Trace page.

3. Searching for a shipment

Searching is easier now. You can search for a shipment on:


  1. - recipient name
    - recipient address
    - recipient postal code
    - trunkrs number
    - order reference (Order number)

4. Cancelling a shipment

To cancel a shipment, as stated above, check the checkbox from the Action column of the shipment then hit Cancel Selected Shipments button. A confirmation dialogue will appear, just hit Yes to confirm cancellation.
