  1. After logging in to the Shipping Portal, you will see the All Shipments page, wherein the list of shipments that were created from your shop is shown.

    1. To print a label for the shipment, check the checkbox from the Action column then hit Print Selected Labels button.

    2. Likewise, to cancel a shipment check the checkbox from the Action column then hit Cancel Selected Shipments button.

2. Checking the status of a shipment

We are currently building a new feature that will show you the current status as well as a link You can click on the Status label of the shipment and it will redirect you to the Track and Trace page. We aim to release this on the 4th of September 2019. Until then you can login on https://parcel.trunkrs.nl with the Trunkrs Number and the Postal code.

3. Searching for a shipment

There is currently a limited searching feature in the top right corner of the Trunkrs Shipments page. The functionality of this will be extended in the next release.Searching is easier now. You can search for a shipment on:


  1. - recipient name
    - recipient address
    - recipient postal code
    - trunkrs number
    - order reference (Order number)

4. Cancelling a shipment

Currently cancelling is only possible by sending an email with the Trunkrs number in the message to annuleren@trunkrs.nl. As of the next release, you will be able to cancel shipments straight from the panelTo cancel a shipment, as stated above, check the checkbox from the Action column of the shipment then hit Cancel Selected Shipments button. A confirmation dialogue will appear, just hit Yes to confirm cancellation.
